Vibes Galore is a social media platform designed for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Our services include content sharing, community features, event ticketing, business directory, and travel recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Spam or engage in deceptive practices
• Violate the privacy of other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Vibes Galore a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. All shared content will include a Vibes Galore watermark for brand protection.

6. Premium Features

Verified accounts for businesses and public figures are available for $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Premium features include analytics, enhanced visibility, and verification badges.

7. Event Ticketing

Events may include ticketing with service fees (3.5% + $1.99 per ticket) and payment processing fees (2.9% of order total). Event organizers are responsible for their events and ticket fulfillment.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimers

Vibes Galore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or third-party information including travel safety ratings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vibes Galore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
